1. Data We Collect
To provide the core features of the Fambee ecosystem, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address and name to handle authentication.
Profile Settings: Custom selections you make inside your household space (such as nicknames, custom displays, emoji selections, and avatar colors).
User-Generated Content: Core operational lists, chores, planner schedules, kitchen recipe imports, pantry inventories, and visual photos/comments uploaded to the private "Family Memories" gallery.
2. Data Storage & Security
Your trust is paramount. Here is how we keep your family data secure:
Secure Cloud Infrastructure: All user database entries and media are securely managed and hosted via Supabase database environments.
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest on our secure database servers.
Payment Security: In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled safely via RevenueCat and Google Play Store Billing APIs. We do not store or process your credit card details directly.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your family's personal information or user-generated data with third parties. Your files, calendars, and memory logs are strictly visible to you and the members you explicitly invite to your household or extended circles.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your family’s details:
Deletion requests: You can completely delete your profile, family members, or your entire household space at any time via the **Household Management** tab inside the app settings.
