Welcome to Fambee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fambee mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Fambee, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fambee offers a collaborative family organization ecosystem, including but not limited to shared calendars, shopping lists, meal planners, chores reward hubs, smart TV casting modes, and private photo journals. We continuously improve our Service and may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts and Family Groups
Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Inviting Members: When you invite family members to join your household or extended circles, you represent that you have the right and authority to invite them.
Child Safety: Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children under their household account when using the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Subscription: Certain features of Fambee (such as extended circles or custom branding templates) may require a paid premium subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
5. User Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data, lists, text, images, and other materials you upload or enter into the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership over your User Content. By posting User Content to private family spaces, you grant Fambee only the narrow license to host and display it within the app for you and your family members.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
Violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
Engage in reverse engineering, copying, or distributing parts of our source code or platform design.
Attempt to breach security measures, disrupt servers, or abuse database API limitations.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Fambee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, or security leaks.
